The project will help reach a deep understanding of the digital capacity and readiness of 15 schools in Spain (5), The Netherlands (5), and Cyprus (5). More specifically, the study will be focused on exploring the ways in which SELFIE has been used at schools, aiming at identifying gaps and issues on its implementation.

In order to achieve the goals of the study as well as to illuminate the previous research question, the study will be focused on the following areas of interest:

1. Impact of SELFIE on teachers and/or school leaders: Improvement in teachers’

digital competence; Changes in teaching practices using digital technologies, and;

Participation in teachers’ professional development activities on the use of digital

technologies.

• Impact of SELFIE on students: Improvement of students’ digital competence, and;

Impact on student learning outcomes.

• Impact of SELFIE on the participating schools: Development, implementation and/or

follow-up institutional strategies/actions plans on the use of digital technologies in

schools; Investment in digital infrastructures, and; Attitude of school staff towards the

use of digital technologies
