Fostering Inclusion through Virtual Reality in the Workplace

InclusiVR@Work is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to transforming European workplaces into more inclusive environments for people with disabilities. By harnessing the power of Virtual Reality (VR), the project addresses the awareness gap and helps organizations build more empathetic, informed, and equitable professional spaces.

Despite increased advocacy, individuals with disabilities still face significant employment barriers. InclusiVR@Work tackles these challenges head-on by offering tools and training that promote understanding and enable meaningful change.

Key Project Components:

• CPD Training for VET Trainers: Equipping Vocational Education and Training professionals with up-to-date knowledge and tools to teach disability inclusion using VR.
• Immersive VR Simulations: Creating three cutting-edge VR experiences that simulate visual, hearing, and mobility impairments to raise awareness and foster empathy among employers and employees.
• MOOC for HR Managers: A comprehensive online course designed to guide HR professionals through reasonable accommodation practices and inclusive workplace policies across Europe.
