The CYENS Tech-Hub is a professional co-working and conference space located in the heart of Nicosia, on the ground floor of the Agora building. Developed by CYENS Centre of Excellence, the space is designed to support researchers, startups, creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and remote teams.

With modern infrastructure and access to CYENS’ innovation ecosystem, the Tech-Hub offers a productive and flexible environment for individuals and groups seeking reliable workspace, collaboration opportunities, and event hosting facilities.

A shared space with up to 40 desks, ideal for individuals who value flexibility and community.

Private Offices

Dedicated office space in a secure area with 24/7 access.

All workspaces require prior booking. Access includes use of shared amenities and meeting rooms (upon availability)

Conference and Event Spaces

The Tech-Hub offers a variety of conference rooms and event spaces suitable for meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and receptions.

All venues are equipped with furniture and basic equipment. Additional services may be arranged upon request.
