General qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate level) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interest in working within a research and innovation environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and organisational development
