Prototyping

Innovation drives economic growth and fuels successful R&D, leading to better, more efficient, and competitive products. Its strategic importance spans all types of organizations—from start-ups to research institutions and government bodies. Yet, many face obstacles in funding or developing in-house innovation capabilities. Collaborative innovation (Co-innovation) offers a powerful alternative, providing access to expertise and resources through strategic partnerships.

We apply the Co-innovation model across all our activities. Internally, it enables cross-departmental collaboration, leveraging shared expertise and joint project development. Externally, it allows us to support other organizations in managing their innovation processes more effectively. This approach helps our partners reduce costs, minimize risk, and accelerate their innovation outcomes. Co-innovation ensures that innovation is both accessible and sustainable, regardless of size or budget.
