Affiliates
The CYENS Affiliate Programme offers a unique two-year opportunity for researchers and professionals to collaborate with CYENS Centre of Excellence and contribute to cutting-edge innovation and research. Affiliates are hosted by one of CYENS’ dynamic research groups and engage in meaningful joint initiatives that serve both the scientific community and broader society.
What we do
As a CYENS Affiliate, you gain:
- Access to CYENS facilities and assets
- The ability to submit and lead funded research proposals, in collaboration with CYENS research groups
- Eligibility for reimbursement of travel and publication expenses (subject to prior approval)
- Full integration into the CYENS ecosystem, with equal working benefits as CYENS personnel
The programme supports the development of strong research partnerships and promotes impactful contributions in diverse fields.
Affiliates are expected to:
- Actively participate in CYENS activities and contribute to its research agenda
- Use the CYENS affiliation and acknowledge its funders in all related publications and proposals
- Submit a short annual progress report in collaboration with the hosting research group
- Undergo a formal re-evaluation every two years to ensure continued alignment and impact
